David H. Echavarria

BIOGRAPHY

A Florida native David Echavarria has been practicing law for close to 20 years.  He obtained his Law Degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2005.  While attending Florida State University, he interned at the Public Interest Clinic, Broward County Legal Aid Society, and the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, where he developed a passion for trial advocacy.

After graduating with his law degree from Florida State University College of Law, he began his professional career at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office, as an Assistant Public Defender.  While there, he tried several jury trials to verdict which further developed his litigation skills.

His legal experience currently focuses on several aspects of litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage, auto negligence, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.  He has also tried several civil jury trials to verdict and feels extremely comfortable in a courtroom.

Mr. Echavarria is admitted to the Florida bar, as well as the United District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
