John Perrault

BIOGRAPHY

John D. Perrault is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. His experience includes State WorkersCompensation Law, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Landlord Tennant Law, United States Longshore & Harbor Workers Act, Federal and State Discrimination Law, and Government and Legislative Affairs.

Mr. Perrault graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He also completed a certificate program at Georgetown University’s Fund for American Studies Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with honors for his public interest work helping individuals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and was an IOTA Fund Scholarship recipient.

Mr. Perrault is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Workers Compensation Section, The Palm Beach County Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and The Trucking Industry Defenses Association.
