Jamie Clark Dixon

BIOGRAPHY

Jamie Clark Dixon is a Partner at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Dixon practices general civil litigation and has extensive experience in defending personal injury (trucking accidents, auto negligence, and premises liability), product liability, negligent security, employment discrimination, breach of contract, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and general insurance defense cases. He also has experience in appellate and administrative law.

Mr. Dixon graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. While attending The Ohio State University, he was the Public Relations Chair of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. Mr. Dixon then attended The University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. While attending The University of Akron on a Millennium Scholarship, he received Dean’s List Honors.

Mr. Dixon is a state-certified instructor providing continuing education credits for Florida licensed adjusters. He has recently educated insurance adjusters with seminars including Spoliation of Evidence and Dismissal for Fraud.

Mr. Dixon is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has been a member of several organizations including the Broward County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America).
