BIOGRAPHY

Katya Rehders is a Partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office while still maintaining an office in Miami, she travels between the two weekly and oftentimes daily. Ms. Rehders practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on auto negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and trucking accidents. Prior to joining the firm, she handled probate and employment litigation.

Ms. Rehders was born in Miami, Florida, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She later went to Nova Southeastern University for her Juris Doctorate Degree before moving to Washington, D.C., and obtaining her LLM in Law and Government from American University. While living in D.C. she worked on Capitol Hill as a former member of the United States House of Representatives.

Ms. Rehders is admitted to the Florida and Washington, D.C. bars, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
