BIOGRAPHY

Jessica Wadsworth is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Wadsworth practices civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on personal injury, first-party property, coverage, and bad faith.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wadsworth gained valuable experience while practicing with several insurance defense firms in Florida throughout the years.

Ms. Wadsworth received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami.  While attending UM, she received the Henry King Stafford and the Florida Academic Scholarships, was a member of the General Honors Program, Psi Chi, Phi Delta Theta, Omicron Delta Kappa, Student Government Treasurer, Student Government Leadership Award Recipient, Orientation Assistant & Coordinator, Fun Day Executive Committee Member and Captain of the Green Cheerleading Squad.

She subsequently attended the University of Miami School of Law Class of 2003 where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Wadsworth was a two-time recipient of the Nicole Kleban Memorial Scholarship and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Honor Society. She served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, was a first-year Senator, Producer of Equity Playhouse, and Chair of LAFAC.

Ms. Wadsworth is licensed with the State Bar in Florida and is also a licensed Real Estate Associate.
